The reason why we chose this mountain as our first is because they said it's just easy and for beginners. Well, the climb up to the camp site is easy. But to the peak? It is a bit of a challenge. You must have courage and determination to reach it. The rocks are not so stable, there are even small rocks falling, strong winds blowing the dusts to your eyes, and condensed hikers (during weekends) lined up to the top that add to your worries - what if you fall to them or vice versa. The latter also makes it difficult to find a good stable spot to set your feet as you don't have much choices (as if there is). :-)
Now that we've reached the peak, we no longer wanted to go down. Aside from the fact that the view is better from the top, there's that fact too that it is more frightening to see the trail you have to undergo again FROM the top view. So here's the challenge again - if it is hard to climb, you bet it is harder to go down. Thanks to Bembem and to the locals who assisted us. We couldn't have done it without all of you.
Nevertheless, it was fun for all of us. I am so glad that even though some of us already wanted to cry and give up, the bodies are shaking because of fear, we still manage and brave it to the top! Kudos to us guys!
