So what would you expect? From the name of the island itself, you’ll already know what you’ll see. This is our first destination and among the three islands, this is our favourite. The fine white sand... the grass... the shade... the cave... everything is beautiful!
...except for the jelly fishes. Okay, they are cute. But we were so afraid to swim because of them. And since we can’t swim, what else did we do? You’re right... we took pictures, pictures, and pictures!

... the colors of blue.... turquiose... aqua...
... the green green grass of hope...
... the clear jelly fish / dikya / salabay ...
Oh, don’t worry about the jellyfishes, you can avoid them. According to our boatman Mang Noli, they are not around during the months of February to May. So better schedule your trip on those months. ;)

ReplyDeleteTravel does what good novelists also do to the life of everyday, placing it like a picture in a frame or a gem in its setting, so that the intrinsic qualities are made more clear. Travel does this with the very stuff that everyday life is made of, giving to it the sharp contour and meaning of art.
